Windmill, doble star drop, a solid straddle (the rest will be explained step by step, this is just the bare minimum)

I train on a 7 meter silk
Some of the skills like: (stag slack drop, backbend slack drop, left right knee, tiktok to star drop) barely require height.
But the rest need 6-7meters
